Who is Jigsaw Homes?
Jigsaw Homes Group Ltd, a new group of housing associations with more than 33,000 properties across the North West and East Midlands launched in April 2018 with plans to deliver in excess of 2,700 new homes over the next three years.

The new organisation, now one of the largest housing providers in the North West, became official 3rd April 2018 following the merger of New Charter Homes Group (based in Tameside, Greater Manchester) and Adactus Housing Group, (based in Leigh, Manchester).

With the mission ‘Creating homes. Building lives’ and a new annual turnover of £194m Jigsaw Group combines the strengths of the two former companies to help reduce homelessness and tackle the challenges of welfare reform, poverty, and social exclusion.

In March 2019, New Charter Building Company celebrated 19 years in business.
