Who is Jigsaw Homes?
Jigsaw Homes Group Ltd, a new group of housing associations with more than 37,500 properties across the North West and East Midlands launched in April 2018.

The new organisation, now one of the largest housing providers in the North West, became official 3rd April 2018 following the merger of New Charter Homes Group (based in Tameside, Greater Manchester) and Adactus Housing Group, (based in Leigh, Manchester).

With the mission ‘Creating homes. Building lives’ and a new annual turnover of £194m Jigsaw Group combines the strengths of the two former companies to help reduce homelessness and tackle the challenges of welfare reform, poverty, and social exclusion.

In an ever-changing market we have continued to grow and evolve, and the last decade has had many milestones for us. We have transformed the service from a local authority housing department to one of the highest rated for tenant satisfaction in England; an achievement of which we are extremely proud.

With a strong belief in continuous improvement and a desire to meet our customers' specific needs, our ability to offer a one stop solution for all building requirements represents the highest standard and meets all the current and future needs of our customers.

Our commitment to future growth remains high. Although a proud member of Jigsaw Group, we work independently and have our own governance arrangements in place.
